                              RESOLUTION NO. 21815
                
                
                 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
                 INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH ORANGE GROVE CENTER,
                 INC., RELATIVE TO THE PURCHASE OF RECYCLING
                 VEHICLES.
                
                
                                                    
                
                
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor be and is hereby 
authorized
       to execute an Agreement with Orange Grove Center, Inc., relative
       to the purchase of rear loading packer recycling trucks.
